Michael E. Reardon

Mr. Reardon received his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1993, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cincinnati in 1987. Mr. Reardon has been working in the field of creditors rights since 1988, representing a wide variety of both creditors and debtors in both state court and bankruptcy court proceedings. Mr. Reardon was an associate with the firm from 1994 through 2001 and then rejoined the firm in 2016 after a 14 year run as a solo practitioner. Mr. Reardon’s litigation experience includes contested probate estates and foreclosures, tort cases, real estate construction disputes, bankruptcy adversary cases, and related appellate matters.

Mr. Reardon served in the United States Army (Reserve) between 1983 and 1989.
