Over the course of the Covid pandemic, Douglass & Associates has been adapting our office presence policies to align with the recommendations of the Ohio Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Early on, we added ultra violet treatment to our HVAC system to sanitize the circulation of air throughout the building, and we added enhanced sanitization and disinfection to our existing protocols.
Currently, our staff is splitting time between working remotely and being onsite. You can continue to reach them by dialing our main phone number, 216-362-7777 or 888-871-1776 or by their direct dial extensions.
While we are pleased to see the recent downturn in Covid cases compared to 2020 & 2021, we are still following common sense best practices for the safety of both our staff and our guests. We are not currently requiring staff or visitors to wear masks, but encourage anyone who wishes to mask to do so.
If you have flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath), please call our office before visiting in person. We may be able to assist you by telephone. If you’d like to make a contactless payment, you can do so by phone, or via our website, or by dropping it into the slot to the left of our main entrance. You may also mail it through the US Postal Service, FED EX, or UPS.
